Dr. Carl-Julius Heuberger is a trained banker and studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Until 2010, he was the founder, CEO, and majority shareholder of "Mercatura Cosmetics Biotech AG". The publicly traded company developed and produced preparative and decorative cosmetics brands (including "Wunderkind" by Wolfgang Joop).
In parallel, since 1995, he has been the managing partner of the "Nordsee Wirtschaftszentrum Bremerhaven". He has extensive knowledge in the field of "development and marketing of real estate projects".
Since 2020, his focus has been on the area of "renewable energies", including wind and solar energy, biomass, geothermal energy, and hydropower. He is also active in the areas of research (surface geothermal energy) and financing of these developments. These activities led him to found, together with a team of experts, the "EEC European Energy Consulting".
The focus of the consulting activity is in the area of "horticulture & greenhouses" as well as on "large-scale projects on open spaces". The projects are coordinated and supported by "EEC" from planning to completion.
Dr Marcel Meggeneder, 55, is a respected expert in the energy industry and urban water management. He has successfully managed Stadtwerke Zeven as Managing Director since 2016. His commitment is reflected in his role as Chairman of the Real Estate Working Group of the City of Zeven since 2022 and as Chairman of the Lower Saxony Municipal Utilities Working Group since 2021. He is also a member of the Northern Regional Group Board of BDEW/DVGW. With his many years of experience and expertise, he plays a key role in shaping the industry.
